The ground rules.

Trivit is made by Dargan Works. These terms cover the Trivit app and trivit.app. The daily puzzle asks nothing of you. Using Friends means agreeing to what follows.

In Friends you pick a name and a card that other players see, and you can name groups. Keep them decent: nothing hateful, sexual, threatening or abusive, and no pretending to be someone else. A filter turns away the obvious ones. It cannot catch everything, which is what reporting is for.

A board is one attempt a day, and results are checked before friends see them. Do not fake a result, flood people with requests, or try to get round a block.

If a name crosses the line, report it from that person's card. Reporting also blocks them, so neither of you sees the other. Every report is read, and acted on within 24 hours.

We can remove a name, a group or an account that breaks these terms, with or without a warning.

Friends is in beta. It will change, and things may break. A guest account lives on your phone: signing out deletes it, and deleting Trivit or changing phones loses it.

Trivit is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, Dargan Works is not liable for anything that comes from using it.

You can stop whenever you like, and delete your Friends account in the app: Friends, then your profile, then Settings. If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so.

Anything at all: feedback@trivit.app. These terms take effect on 9 October 2026.
